MONROE TOWNSHIP FIRE STATION ADDITION:

The Monroe Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County, Ohio, will be accepting sealed bids for the Monroe Township Fire Station Addition. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: BID Monroe Township Fire Station Addition, or electronically via Bid Express. For bids submitted electronically, the bid security must be submitted to 2828 State Route 222, Bethel, Ohio 45106, by the bidding deadline. All bids must be received electronically through Bid Express or physically at the Monroe Township Fire Department, 2828 State Route 222, Bethel, Ohio 45106, no later than 6:00 P.M. local time on October 12, 2023, at which time all bids shall be opened and read publicly.

Monroe Township is exposed to various liability risks associated with providing services to our residents. These are most evident when incidents occur involving damage to property and injuries to personnel and our residents.Our primary interest is the welfare of the employees, residents, and visitors to our facilities. We will review accidents and losses and non-conformances to establish safety requirements.

Our responsibility will be to prevent accidents in every facet of our operations. We will continually evaluate and improve until our safety performance becomes the standard for excellence. The objective of the Monroe Township Trustees is to protect people and to preserve our assets and revenues. We will meet the requirements of the education, training and involvement of every employee, encouraging the promotion of safe work practices and environment among all.
