Have you heard this one? Monroe Township has a million dollars in the bank and is financially sound. We could only wish this is true. Now Monroe Township is seeking residents of the Township to help keep Monroe Township headed in the right direction financially. You do not need to be an accountant or have a money background. We need 5 to 7 residents that want to help. The Trustees have asked that residents that have a family member that works for the Township presently or has worked for the Township within the past 5 years not be a part of this committee. We would like to have this committee start as soon as March 1st.
