The Adams Clermont Solid Waste District (ACSWD) will be holding a discounted Tire Collection Day on October 26th, 2019, from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm for residents of Clermont County. The Tire Collection Day will be held at Fair Oak Park at 2989 Fair Oak Rd., Amelia, OH 45102. Unlike other collection days held in the past, customers will be charged a fee per tire for every tire after the first 5. The first 5 tires per household are collected free of charge.  After that residents will be charged $2.00/Tire for passenger & pick-up truck tires, $10.00/tire for heavy duty truck tires, and $20.00/tire for tractor tires. Tires on rims will be accepted but please separate them from those without (unloaded to a separate pile). Methods of payment include cash or credit card. Call (513) 732-7894 ext. 4 for more details.

If orphan tires have been dumped on your property, the ACSWD can have these tires removed and properly recycled. If you have been the victim of illegal dumping, please call (513) 732-7894 to make clean-up arrangements.

Monroe Township is exposed to various liability risks associated with providing services to our residents. These are most evident when incidents occur involving damage to property and injuries to personnel and our residents.Our primary interest is the welfare of the employees, residents, and visitors to our facilities. We will review accidents and losses and non-conformances to establish safety requirements.

Our responsibility will be to prevent accidents in every facet of our operations. We will continually evaluate and improve until our safety performance becomes the standard for excellence. The objective of the Monroe Township Trustees is to protect people and to preserve our assets and revenues. We will meet the requirements of the education, training and involvement of every employee, encouraging the promotion of safe work practices and environment among all.
