HISTORIC TAX CREDIT COFFEES

WHAT: a one hour conversation to introduce the program and the team members involved in managing the program

Heritage Ohio created the series to introduce individuals and communities to the concept of rehabilitating older commercial buildings, using the federal 20% and Ohio 25% historic tax credits.

Monroe Township is looking for several residents that would be interested in updating the Monroe Township Land Use Plan. This process will take several months with meetings one or two times per month in the evening. If interested please call Dani Speigel-Administrator at 734-6462.

Monroe Township is exposed to various liability risks associated with providing services to our residents. These are most evident when incidents occur involving damage to property and injuries to personnel and our residents.Our primary interest is the welfare of the employees, residents, and visitors to our facilities. We will review accidents and losses and non-conformances to establish safety requirements.

Our responsibility will be to prevent accidents in every facet of our operations. We will continually evaluate and improve until our safety performance becomes the standard for excellence. The objective of the Monroe Township Trustees is to protect people and to preserve our assets and revenues. We will meet the requirements of the education, training and involvement of every employee, encouraging the promotion of safe work practices and environment among all.
